Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Marketing Automation Manager, this position is responsible for translating business demands and marketing strategies into automation processes, applying best practices and improving marketing productivity. This professional will also be co-responsible for data management and flow between the marketing automation platform and the CRM, besides other data pools. The specialist will also use marketing automation features and tools available to manage and uncover managing and uncovering analytics to drive business results and constantly refine corporate marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Marketing Automation Manager to support the Marketo infrastructure and architecture to achieve outstanding campaign execution, reporting, and analytics
Ensure seamless data strategy, data flow, and integrations between Bizible, Marketo, and Microsoft Dynamics/ data pools
Own the multi-attribution model and develop a method for refinement and optimization for lead generation and customer nurturing
Work on end-to-end data strategy and business requirements for marketing automation and align data model and reporting needs
Optimize marketing automation and processes by applying best practices to our marketing automation platform instances
Implement lead-to-sales funnel automation processes, policies, workflows, marketing programs and KPIs
Define and execute improvements to enhance productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI and sales growth
Work closely with internal clients to develop a closed-loop feedback process that provides insight into the effectiveness of marketing processes
Regularly interface with cross-functional teams on enterprise-level projects and issues
Support the rollout of campaigns to align marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring that sales and marketing are generating sufficient lead and pipeline generation
Serve as a subject matter expert on our systems and data flows and seek out industry best practices and proactively incorporate relevant ideas
Build and continuously monitor daily/weekly/quarterly reporting of database KPIs, including campaign performance (email / advertising / program effectiveness, leads to goal), company’s pipeline and revenue attribution
Optimize and recommend improvements to marketing technology stack including overall plan for utilization and regular health checks on performance and effectiveness
Review results of campaigns and work with the respective campaign owners to identify beneficial improvements

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field with at least 2 years of digital analytics, buyer, automation and/or marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive experience using a Marketing Automation tool
Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Good knowledge of CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and its relationship with Marketing Automation Platform
Proactively seeks out solutions and is excited to bring new approaches to the organization
Takes initiative from concept to implementation
Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based on data
Understanding of demand generation and the lead-to-sales funnel
