Job Description
Channel Partner Solution Engineers in the Global Professional Services Team are innovators and experts who help our strategic partners to design scalable global solutions using PayPal's suite of payment and platform capabilities. We are looking to add a Solutions Engineer with strong technical and consultative experience to our growing team to drive our client life cycle, work through solution brainstorming, and help design scalable and global solutions for Clients/Partners across all our target markets.
Role & Responsibilities
Work with the largest organizations in the world to create solutions that drives sales, reduces complexity, improves efficiency and cost.
Lead solution discovery discussions with our clients and partners
Develop deep understanding of PayPal's products and technology and determine the best solutions for web commerce, mobile applications, and payment platforms
Be a trusted technical advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders and demonstrate payments industry expertise as well as knowledge of PayPal products and services
Work with technical product leads to design a solution that optimally utilizes our products and payment platform
Develop Solution Proposals and Solution Designs to define the overall solution and implementation plan with partner engineering teams
Build trust and partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders, and lead engagements to ensure stakeholder alignment
Become the technical expert and voice of the client to help drive PayPal's product roadmap to support important opportunities and industries.
