Job Description

Summary
The primary responsibilities of this position are to plan for and administer website content, and to track/report on web measurement and engagement. Supports organizational KPIs via web engagement and execution through digital systems, enabling a personalized digital experience across various customer touchpoints.
Role and Responsibilities

Execute digital campaigns to drive desired customer behavior which increase engagement, through personas which become increasingly personalized. May include content on BCU sites, mobile apps and social channels. 
Implement website content updates using various content management systems (Sitecore, Salesforce, Alkami); tracks and approves requests through project management software; collaborates with internal business units to develop content/creative required to support efforts. 
Tracks, analyzes and reports on website key performance metrics and trending leveraging various analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sitecore Experience Platform, etc.). Provides reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly basis as necessary.
Presents at quarterly reporting and results meetings with internal business owners; provides recommendations based on trends/insights identified in past performance. 
Manages web content calendar across channels; provides recommendations based on past performance, organizational KPIs and monthly business goals. 
Contributes to testing, troubleshooting and identifying bugs for website improvements (functional, structural, template); gathers business requirements from internal business unit owners to support efforts.  
Collaborates with key external business partners to review current initiatives, website enhancements, release timing, and budget impact. 
Support extended web experience team with user testing for production releases in UAT.
Support additional key enterprise platforms managed by the extended web experience team (Alkami, Salesforce Knowledge, Salesforce Communities, etc).

Willingness to work after hours and weekends to support deployments and/or product launches when needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Data and results-driven. Strong presentation skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills and comfortable working with all levels of management throughout the organization. 
Experience with discovery, design, and discerning business requirements and formulating them into well-defined business value and expected outcomes.
Experience utilizing project management and business software (Workzone, Basecamp, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, etc.) 
Bachelor’s degree with preferred emphasis in digital marketing, website design, or similar field.   
3+ years experience in digital marketing, web development or web content management systems (Sitecore, Drupal, Magento, WordPress). 
3+ years experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sitecore Experience Platform, etc.) 
Experience managing external tech and non-tech vendor relationships.
Demonstrated team player who can coordinate multiple projects. 
2+ years experience with HTML required. 
Understanding of digital marketing within a financial industry a plus.
