Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Parts growth by working with the assigned dealers and assigned national accounts
Training dealer personnel and national accounts on Navistar Parts systems and programs
Calling on fleet customers in the assigned dealer markets and calling on assigned national account locations
Developing retail sales strategies to conquest new business and expand sales to existing customers
Ensure dealership parts merchandising for Navistar programs are current to increase retail parts sales
Increase awareness and grow Navistar’s private brand of Fleetrite products
Support IC Bus National Accounts parts programs by ensuring assigned dealers are providing high levels of service and support to the IC Bus National Accounts
Engage aftermarket suppliers for local support to assigned dealers, fleet customers and our IC Bus National Accounts
Have a one-team approach with the IC Bus Unit and Service Teams with our IC Bus Accounts and our IC Bus National Accounts and to maximize customer uptime
Ability to travel up to?80%?
Basic Requirements
