UX Designer
This position will be responsible for day-to-day oversite and maintenance of existing user experiences, assist in multiple interactive projects, and participate in the generation of designs through the use of appropriate tools, resources and processes. The candidate will collaborate with internal End User Services / IT teams, ServiceNow development, Corporate Communications, and Learning and Development.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Design visually appealing experiences that are simple and consistent.
Develop UX documentation such as user flows, site outlines, process flows, storyboards, wireframes and navigation models to define functionality and user behavior.
Brainstorm, collaborate, and problem solve with Product Owners and Managers, Developers, Knowledge Managers, and various stakeholders to bring concepts from idea to launch - determine user interface needs, ensure technical feasibility and document how to operationalize and business processes/procedures.
Use a data-driven approach and analysis for design experiences.
Participate in constructive design reviews; monitor user experience design trends.
Maintain working knowledge about emerging user interface / interaction design standards and best practices.

Required:
2 or more years of experience in the UX Designer capacity
2 or more years of experience using UX process tools such as Visio, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Camtasia, Snagit, etc
Preferred:
Bring strong creative, conceptual, and creative problem-solving skills to translate conceptual ideas (business needs and user goals) into interaction design solutions
Assess data from multiple sources (product requirements, technology constraints, UX research, analytics and industry trends) and synthesize it in order to develop efficient user scenarios, classification schemes, navigation systems and design patterns
Create and effectively present UX deliverables (wireframes, workflows, prototypes, etc.) to explain and negotiate design solutions to key stakeholders
Portfolio including visual design examples that demonstration core skill
Experience developing graphic designs (e.g., art, color themes, photographs, web pages) and layout to support the organization's image, identity, and brands.
