Job Description
As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be part of the corporate accounts payable team responsible for verifying vendor ACH information and maintaining vendor ACH information in our system.
Primary Responsibilities
?Collect and verify bank account information from our vendors so that the vendors can be paid via ACH
Maintain vendor data within the accounts payable system
Assist with the administration of the corporate procurement card program
Respond to vendor and employee inquires about invoice payment status
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
The ability to multi-task and prioritize
Reliability and ability to work effectively and independently in a professional environment
A teamwork focus
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with accounting cycles and accounts payable processes required
