JOB OVERVIEW:
This job reports into the Manager, Supply Chain Systems supporting all of the technology needs of the Purchasing, Distribution, and Total Quality functions. These systems include iBuy/Coupa, i-Supply, i-Kitchen, Product Complaints, System Security, Supplier Onboarding, Contract Management, and Distribution. This job is a blend of catalog management, analysis, technical support, development and strategic initiative planning which includes research and understanding new technologies. This job requires the ability to interact across multiple levels of management both internally and externally.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
-Responsible for alcohol product catalog setup/management for restaurant ordering and inventorying
-Support new food product catalog setup for restaurant ordering
-Lead technology support for alcohol product catalogs
-Partner with external bill pay vendor to ensure successful transmission of data
-Monitor for product setup issues and make corrections to catalog
-Proactively work with alcohol distributors for new item rollouts (as needed)
-Partnering with team to execute application deployment to internal and external customers, which includes user advocacy and support for key applications
-Responsible for Distributor and Supplier Communications on Technical matters.
-Work on special projects with IT across multiple platforms.
-Able to quickly learn new applications in order to:
-Plan, prepare, and execute User Acceptance Testing
-Create internal and external training manuals.
-High degree of flexibility and business process understanding necessary.
-Coordinate training for new team members.
-Work with purchasing teams to understand reporting needs and quickly develop reports using core Supply Chain applications
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-High end user knowledge of all Microsoft desktop applications including Excel
-Systems support
-Report writing skills
-Data mining and analysis
-SQL and cXML a plus
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Experience supporting enterprise technology
-Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiples tasks at a given time
-Proven experience as a strong team player with high level of communication skills
-Coupa Administration experience a plus
-SQL and cXML a plus
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor degree preferred
