The Sr. Sales Operations Manager will partner with Commercial, Marketing, Regions, and Product Line teams to identify and deliver high-priority enablers to drive value-based strategic growth within the assigned pole/region. This role will be responsible to build strategic growth plans for the Aero portfolio in order to drive increased market share and operating profit. This role serves as the analytic and strategic core and will focus on helping to chart a path to help guide the portfolio’s growth, including organic and inorganic opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide coordination of portfolio level business strategies, products, and initiatives
Lead the development and consolidation of the TX Core & Upgrades managed care & campaign planning process and strategy for assigned Pole/Region(s).
Analyze, develop, and manage installed base business entitlement models and roadmap.
Prepare portfolio business roadmap and updates, as well as management information summaries and account planning sales actualization results.
Responsible for designing and implementing solutions to enable the analysis of data to support strategic initiatives and ongoing business requirements.
Own and execute in-depth analysis of product engagement, customer and business performance data from numerous internal and external sources to understand business, operational and/or customer needs/impacts/opportunities.
Coordinate with regional Business Intelligence (BI) teams to develop consolidated services BI roadmap.
Coordinate consolidated services new product / service development needs roadmap
Develop sales strategies, collateral, and sales tools to enable orders and sales growth, influence specifications, and assist the sales team to close key deals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Power industry, of which, minimum 2 years’ must be in Pricing, Finance, Commercial Operations, Sourcing or Risk, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Power industry, in a pricing, finance, commercial operations, marketing, sales or applications engineering
