Job Summary : Coach and help teams understand scrum processes • Remove impediments and roadblocks for teams to progress smoothly • Enable Process adherence within the teams • Assist Product Owners and DSLs in planning, updating, prioritizing and refining backlogs. • Support design, development and delivery of a practical, hands-on, coaching and mentoring environment in helping development teams to become more ‘Agile’. • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. Work independently and bring thought leadership to bear in order to identify root cause of the issue.
