As a Data Analyst Senior to Data Analyst Lead in our Claims Control group, you will have an opportunity to join the Property Damage process analytics team. Specifically, you will be supporting the estimatics and competitive intelligence agendas. As a Data Analyst you will influence senior leaders on process decisions, create supporting analytics and reports to monitor trends, and partner with your peers to support ad hocs and other requests to support the business ?
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience
Preferred skills
Highly proficient in Tableau, SAS, and SQL skills are strongly preferred.
Knowledge of large data concepts, practices and terminology
Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
Intermediate computer skills including MS Office – such as PowerPoint and Excel - with advanced skills in spreadsheet functionality including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts, graphing and macros
Compensation
Senior level: $65,000 - $86,700/year
Lead level: $78,700 - $104,900/year
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
