As the VP of CISE organization, this person will direct 450+ employees (both direct and matrixed) to develop and deploy state of the art end-to-end Custom Logic IP Solutions, with exceptional performance, flexibility and scalability while reducing TTM in market segments ranging from the edge, to communication networks, and the datacenter. The CISE Organization spans across 5 sites in USA, Penang (Malaysia), and Bangalore.
Responsibilities include:
Develop custom-logic IP solutions strategies with a vision for delivering state of the art solutions incorporating BiC FPGAs/Structured ASICs/ASICs for multiple technology nodes and reference design platforms to ensure competitiveness.
Plan, strategize and direct activities in the IP Solutions Engineering function to meet Landing Zone goals – functionality, customer ease-of-use, performance, schedules, and cost.
Identify and analyze IP development issues, plans, tasks, and solutions. Use judgment on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.
Influence peers across Data Center and AI Group (DCAI) in planning, engineering, and marketing to drive major initiatives in the interest of the overall business. Be an effective ambassador of Intel as a member of the overall Custom Logic Engineering Leadership team.
Develop product plans that align with DCAI/PSG solutions and growth strategies, delivering competitive differentiation and TAM expansion.
Actively engage with the leadership team to solve on-going product execution and organization challenges. Proactively manage stakeholders in the product/IP development process with clear decision making and crisp communication to ensure the organization meets committed budget and plans.

Qualifications
Minimum 15+ Years’ experience overseeing the definition and development of semiconductor products, IP development, and delivering silicon and system level solutions to scale.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading global organization of 200+ employees.
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or semiconductor related majors, with a master’s degree, either MBA or MS is preferred.
Experience with FPGA designs and solutions is preferred.
Experience supporting a P&L growth business with the ability to manage a variety of complex functions and teams supporting a diverse product portfolio spanning a wide range of markets from communications, embedded technology, industrial uses to data center servers, automotive and military applications.
