Job Roles/Responsibilities:
Production Support and Maintenance Lead, is responsible for problem management and production support for a Retail Ecommerce client and accountable for working with Client team and onsite and offshore L2/L3 support team to meet and exceed the agreed service levels.
As the liaison between the business area and support team, ensures the understanding of business problems in order to reach the ultimate technical solution that fixes business issues.
Proficient with ATG/J2EE technologies.
Strong knowledge in production support & application maintenance processes related to Incident management & Problem Management is needed
Digital Commerce domain knowledge and understanding would be an added advantage
