Job Description
World-renowned Medical/ Biotech research org in Cambridge is looking for a great candidate to fill their open position. This is remote for now, but good flex post covid.
People want to work here for their culture, the mission & the science. Balance sheet and funding are extremely stable; fully-funded.
General duties include:
overseeing a small accounting team
manage close and reporting
you will scale from some hands-on work all the way to Board reporting, so a nice variety.
assist FP& A and Controller with financial process improvement
support the clinical trial end of the org with budgets, spend, accruals, etc
special projects
Requirements:
~7+ yrs of exp overall.
~Hands on Manager or Sr Manager level. Some supervisory exp prior.
~Some experience in a biotech, R& D, clinical trials environment.
~CPA a/o MBA only a plus.
