We are seeking a  Marketing Intern  for our building construction   office located in  Glendale, CA  for  Summer 2021.

Learn about the construction industry and the roles of business development, marketing, communications and diversity and inclusion
Assist marketing and communications departments and district leadership as required
Research PCL project information and use to create marketing collateral
Assist in marketing research for client development and project pursuits
Draft project profile descriptions for marketing collateral
Liaise with construction project staff and gather project information

What you will bring to the role:

The successful candidate should currently be a full- or part- time college student pursuing an undergraduate degree or master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English or related area
Students must have an interest in a career in marketing, communications, or business development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop a plus.
Lots of curiosity and a willingness to learn
Passion, creativity and resourcefulness
Detail oriented with effective time management skills
Team oriented with a demonstrated ability to work well with others
Exhibits high energy, enthusiasm, positive attitude, and poise; be articulate and confident
Experience with video creation and editing a plus
