About the Role

Without the expertise and dedication of our IT Application Managers, we would not be able to deliver superior services and products to our customers. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your existing skillset and become grounded in management practices and the BOKF culture. You will lead all activities within a critical Infrastructure and Operations organization, managing an amazing team that supports the IT Service Management and Automation (ITSMA) platforms. You will oversee all aspects of systems analysis, design, development, maintenance, and enhancement – predominately for ServiceNow and secondarily for our enterprise job scheduling platform (AWA - Automic Workload Automation). You will mentor, architect, troubleshoot, and code within an agile and innovative culture.

How You'll Spend Your Time

You will formulate and define specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow and AWA platform in terms of business needs and applying that to Enterprise organizational objectives and provide technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining.
You will provide coding standards and review of content provided by extended development team to ensure compliance with those standards.
You will calculate current business practices with emerging technology and recommend relevant process enhancements and products that anticipate or complement corporate direction.
You will evaluate platform performance, isolate and debug software problems, and make recommendations for problem resolution.
You will team with others as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow application.
Within the ServiceNow platform, you will implement modules and other third-party integrations and applications used within the environment.
You will transform business needs from the customer into tangible items within ServiceNow, from using modules available to the platform or creating new modules while directing and helping complete detailed documentation for workflows and services implemented within ServiceNow.
You will anticipate and identify issues inhibiting goal attainment of assigned unit/area and develop and implement corrective actions.  
You will contribute to the development of annual business application system plans and ensure application systems are developed in a way that aligns with architectural standards and practices.
You will apply your business acumen to help facilitate meetings and provide solutions to ensure the successful execution of projects.
You will be a unit representative in mergers and acquisitions and operational conversations, serve on committees relative to technology, products, and equipment, and participate in study and review of proposals and design of new products.
You will be a thought leader within the IT Client Services leadership team, while also participating as a contributor to the ServiceNow User Group.
You will interact with third-party partners, helping to negotiate key contract agreements for the systems within your area of responsibility.

Education & Experience Requirements

Minimum ten years of experience as an analyst or developer with three plus years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining multiple ServiceNow instances.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or a minimum eight years equivalent work experience.
ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification is preferred.
Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript to create custom applications and configurations on the ServiceNow platform.
