This PM role will lead Growth, including Marketing and cross-functional product support at Venmo.

As a product manager with Venmo you will be part of the Product Team where you will work closely with fellow product managers, designers and engineers to deliver seamless intuitive payment experiences to our users.

With core products like peer-to-peer payments, paying businesses online and in-store, the Venmo Credit and Debit cards, and more, Venmo is like a rocket ship continually launching to new heights. As we launch these new experiences, we want you to be a strategic driver of expanding and connecting them so theyre even more relevant and impactful for our users.

In this role, you will work with other product managers and marketing stakeholders as well as engineering and design to build out and execute a product roadmap around our marketing and growth opportunities. You will be responsible for understanding our existing products end to end, and designing flywheel moments for consumers to help connect our products in new ways. You will investigate data around our existing products and review where the largest opportunities may be to grow and expand our target audiences, manage request intake and feature scoping, and participate in agile ceremonies to drive the execution and launch of new features. You will be the point person for your domain, balancing customer desires, business requirements, legal/compliance, growth and monetization considerations.
What Were Looking For

* Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager, ideally in a Growth focused role or company

* Keen understanding of Product Marketing and the value of a flywheel engine

* Experience building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact

* Analytical experience, specifically in using Looker or other BI tools to drill down on insights and create solutions on data-driven hypotheses

* Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features

* Familiarity with FinTech products and concepts

* Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to senior leaders and project partners

* Deep attention to detail; desire to collaborate on new processes for efficiency

* Bias toward data-driven decision making

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver core responsibilities against deadlines

* Ability to quickly build consensus

* Experience in Payments or Consumer Financial Services is a plus
