Position Overview

Navistar is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor! Must be willing to work flexible hours and be dependable.

* Supervise and manages performance of assigned employees.
* Ensures the team has been properly trained and have the tools and guidance to meet daily performance goals and objectives.
* Leader that meets deadlines and priorities of the business and remains focused on delivering results that meet or exceed PDC targets on a daily basis.
* Provides good judgement and makes timely decisions to address issues and drive continuous improvement.
* Strong listener and communicator who is able to clearly present ideas, instructions, and concerns with confidence to management, peers, and direct reports.

Basic Requirements

* Bachelor's degree
* At least 3 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience

OR

* Master's degree
* At least 1 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience

OR

* At least 5 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience

Additional Requirements

* Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Desired Skills

* Prior experience managing processes in a high-volume environment
* Deep understanding of the continuous improvement methodology
* Skilled in managing lean projects geared toward improving operational metrics i.e. increase productivity, improve quality of service and decrease costs
* Strong time management: effectively direct and delegate assignments to staff.
* Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong familiarly with warehouse operations (processes, systems, equipment)
* Detail oriented and able to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously
* Focus on delivering performance in line with operational goals
* Bachelor's degree highly preferred
