Position Summary:
As a Sales Support Administrator you will report to the Division Sales Director. You will be the inside support specialist responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Core-Marks sales technology, programs and DCMS-based maintenance. A successful candidate would possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task supporting the sales team members and Core-Marks wide variety of business solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
New account set up and maintenance.
Implement pricing strategy and ongoing updates.
Selling Technology Administrator, managing sales & customer usernames, passwords and handheld ordering devices.
Performs Plus out data entry.
Reporting on all sales related activity.
Managing order devices.
Sales related support with payroll time & attendance, compensation, event planning.
Division Repsly, CRM, BI-APP technology administration.
Supporting the sales team organizational structure with DCMS ledger maintenance.
Support invoicing and program-related implementation (billing, CDUs, DCMS program table management)
Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
Skills & Experiences:
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
DCMS & ecportal (Tiva) experience preferred.
Ability to learn how to operate a hand-held inventory control device, calculators, and computer.
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook.
Ability to perform math calculations.
