Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Define and implement value added financial reporting processes for the actual, forecasting and budgeting work streams
* Establish and maintain advanced analytics that enable deeper understanding and insight into procurement performance
* Providing input to the development of long-range financial forecasts and related budgets, considering alternative scenarios and economic prospects as appropriate
* Partnering with functional teams to integrate budgets and forecasts into business review
* Driving forecast accuracy improvement process leveraging available data.
* Proposing improvements to systems and methods of work and analysis, and contributing to ensuring that they are continuously adapted to business requirements
* Creating financial models and implementing supporting tools
* Gathering market data to analyze trends and benchmarks
* Participating in the annual budget process and monthly forecast process
* Leading analytical projects to identify potential savings, partners with package owners and logistics leads to deliver savings for the U.S. indirect procurement teams
* Manage the ZBB reporting processes and reporting package.
* Leading training and change management initiatives across the organization for ZBB initiatives
* Improve Procurement Finance capabilities in order to improve value to wider organization
* Identify opportunities to improve Procurement processes, procedures, organization structure and make recommendations to Head of Procurement Finance
* Manage all strategy on payables improvement
* Responsible for tracking the payables plan, explain variance vs budget and plan

Minimum Qualifications

* BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance and evidence of analytical mindset preferred
* Highly developed excel and systems expertise, SAP experience strongly preferred
* Conversant in data manipulation tools and language
* Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
* Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management, in some cases without authority
* Exhibits strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
