Position Summary:
As Producer with Gallagher Bassett, you will have high visibility and impact on client relations, requiring extensive interaction at all levels of the client hierarchy, as well as inter-departmental and inter-company relations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Develops and acquires new business revenue from new and existing clients and assigned prospects, typically of moderate to higher complexity prospects or clients, in identified sectors or market areas.
* Maintains current and an in-depth knowledge of property and casualty, employee benefits, bond or other insurance products or professional services through networking and participating in professional developmental activities.
Additional Considerations:
This role adheres to a probationary period of 12 - 18 months in length.
Required:
* Bachelors Degree
* One or more years related TPA insurance experience
* Strong working knowledge of potential clients and the insurance brokerage business
Desired:
* Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
