JOB SUMMARY

The Rollout Coordinator is responsible for providing support, guidance, and communication to Sales Leaders, internal and external stakeholders, and Business Unit contacts in preparation for seamless implementation of strategic agreements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Develop a clear understanding of customer requirements, contractual commitments, and service requirements to ensure accurate alignment with Airgas' strategy and risk mitigation

* Coordinate and communicate key data points with internal and external stakeholders, share information as needed, and provide timely progress reports on outstanding requests. This includes initiating conversations with business units/contacts to coordinate other support requirements such as Order to Cash, eBusiness, CPDI, Support, Key Account Desk, Central Service, etc.

* Update and maintain applicable reports and databases

* Promote adoption of best practices within the Business Management Team that are in alignment with Strategic Account profitability goals

* Ensure that cost and fee considerations are consistent with and appropriate for the contract type, market standards, investment requirements, and other support factors are reviewed and approved

* Implement contract change management processes and coordinate with SA-BM Support Managers, MDI, Division BSCs, and other stakeholders to ensure readiness and compliance

* Coordinate the ramp-down and transition of Migrated and De-marketed Strategic Accounts

* Maintain details and organize files for each contract which will include the original contract, relevant correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, and clarifications

* Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders including customers, management, sales force, and business units

* Identify and communicate process improvement areas

* Special duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES:

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines

* Establish proficiency with the SAP account set-up process including partner relationships and pricing methodologies used in Strategic Accounts (i.e. NMSA vs RMSA, tagging, fee structure, etc.)

* Intermediate to Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel

* Competent and demonstrated knowledge of G Suite (Google), Microsoft Word, and Abbyy FineReader

* Proven ability to effectively and efficiently solve complex issues

* Ability to analyze and adjust work procedures to achieve maximum efficiency

* Proven ability to identify and communicate process improvement opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

* 3+ years of experience working in a related role

* Demonstrated ability to interpret and comprehend Airgas and Customer contract language

* Expert attention to detail with the ability to analyze and outline large amounts of data

* Strong verbal and written communications skills

* Self-motivated individual that can be resourceful in the solution resolution process

* Demonstrated capacity to escalate issues appropriately, both within & outside the chain of command

* Demonstrated ability to interact and take direction from all levels of management

* Demonstrates the ability to be trusted with sensitive information

* Previous Airgas experience or industry knowledge (Gas, Welding, and Safety Products)
