In this role you'll be response for:
* Managing stakeholders and building relationships: Develop and maintain key relationships within business, People teams and broad talent development stakeholders. Experience working in a matrixed environment preferred.
* Creation of talent development programs/initiatives: Participate in the full life-cycle of program design, development, implementation and evaluation, including but not limited to relationship building, needs assessment, creating/sourcing relevant materials, facilitation and program evaluation
* Industry and organizational knowledge: In depth research into leading-edge learning and development best practices as well as staying ahead of network wide learning offerings across technical, professional and leadership skills. Experience working with technology professionals and leaders preferred.
* Learning trends and innovation: Stay up to date on trends and best practices to improve performance and engage the modern learner, incorporating innovative solutions into content design and development recommendations.
* Communications: Develop and deliver creative and effective communication campaigns to communicate value and engage learners for general and business unit specific initiatives. Establish and manage on-going partnership with People teams to leverage their engagement and communication expertise, tools and processes.

* We are seeking an experienced Manager level professional with 7+ years of learning & development experience creating L&D programs of varying scale and/or +2 years' experience in a consulting role
* Broader HR experience beyond the minimum years of L&D focus is a plus
* Strong organizational skills and project management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong business writing skills required
* Change management experience is a plus
* Working with global, virtual and offshore teams is a plus as is experience working directly with clients/final stakeholders
Technical Skills
* Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)
* Knowledge of learning management systems (i.e. Saba, etc.)
* Knowledge of learning content design software (i.e. Articulate, etc.)
