Caution against fraudulent job offers!

We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte US (Deloitte). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a job with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.

We would like to clarify that:

Work you'll do

As a Manager within our practice you will:

Serve as a key advisor to clients as they make infrastructure decisions that strategically align with organizational objectives

Build suitable structures, systems and controls so that our clients can deliver capital projects with confidence

Advise organizations how to plan, manage and control project cost and schedule through construction auditing, schedule analysis and litigation support

Deploy construction analytics to help our clients harness data to create insights in digestible and actionable form

Actively participate in the development of business and vendor relationships

Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process

Responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans

Display leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions

Provide counseling/coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff

Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture

4+ years of construction industry related experience

Experience with the analysis of project cost and schedule data using construction industry techniques and software applications

2+ years in a technical or functional lead role

Experience mentoring and coaching others

Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Experience managing senior-level client relationships

Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)

Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience

Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 experience

Currently certified as a PE, AIA, PMP, PSP, CCM

MBA
