Caution against fraudulent job offers!
We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte US (Deloitte). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a job with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.
We would like to clarify that:
* At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
* We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.

Work you'll do
As a Specialist Master, you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Specialist Master level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. You will be expected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Specialist Masters participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. You will have the opportunity to lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements. Additional responsibilities will include:

Operating model redesign & enhancements

Enterprise cost management
Strategic & enterprise regulatory management
Profitability and productivity analysis
Customer relationship management
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree.
A minimum of 6 years consulting and/or industry experience,
6+ years of Power & Utilities Industry experience.
Ability to lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies.
Experience in developing and presenting proposals for business development activities.
The ability to travel up to 80%.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
In addition, successful Managers will also have the following preferred skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Ability to demonstrate experience in overseeing the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
Eagerness to mentor junior staff.
Prior experience providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
An advanced degree is preferred.
