Our shifts are 4 days on and 2 days off rotating schedule

1. Upper management have a combined 80+ years of experience. ED has 22 years of experience, 16 of which have been at community as ED. 2. We focus on resident centered care and incorporate associates personal interests to engaged residents3. ED started as a PT NOC caregiver 22 years ago and has moved her way up through each position to become ED and likes to find new associates to mentor and help grow professionally.4. We focus on high quality care and it is shown in multiple deficiency free surveys.

Qualifications

What it takes to be a Caregiver at Brookdale:

Our caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity. You will nurture a home-like setting the community and assist our seniors with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs. Our caregivers also help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
