Trans Project Coordinator Senior
Trans Project Coordinator (intermediate level)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible to coordinate project team activities supporting Transmission Planning, helping to manage the capital budget portfolio, which includes financial reporting and monthly forecasting. Responsible for creating and updating master project numbers, coordinating the bi-weekly Planning Engagement Meetings, and creating work orders.

Essential job functions & tasks:

* Coordinate project meetings (including strategy/project planning, kick-off, and status meetings); Works with project team members on project activities
* Support TP in the preparation and updating of Project Lifecycle Management Process (PLMP) documents, Regional Portfolio Planning & Coordination Group (RPPCG) documents, quarterly financial presentations, and Master Projects (MPs)
* Prepare forecasts of project spending and cash flows, budget variance monitoring, cost tracking/analysis; provide analysis and verification for EcoSys activities
* Coordination of the customer request to commit (CRTC) submissions
* Create, manage, and oversee tracking of Master Projects (MPs) for Transmission projects
* Collaborate with project sponsors to create project identifiers in IRR to ensure accuracy with capital projects during creation and development
* Support TAP in capital project prioritization
* Work with stakeholders to ensure that all financial activities on a project are performed in accordance with the policies, practices, standards, and rules of the Company and regulations and procedures as required by federal , state or local regulating agencies
* Providing strong teamwork with colleagues, vendors, and customers and responding to customer/vendor inquiries, resolving work order issues, and implementing action plans in a fast-paced, results-oriented team.

Minimum Requirements EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Trans Project Coordinator (intermediate level grade 6)
Associate Degree in Accounting, Business, Construction Management or related degree programs from an accredited college, with four (4) years of experience; OR Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, Construction Management or related degree program from an accredited college with two (2+) years of experience. Minimum requirement includes two to four (2-4) years experience working on cost tracking analysis, forecasting, project budgets, and working with accounting principles.

Trans Project Coordinator Senior (grade level 7)
Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Construction Management or related degree programs from an accredited college with six (6+) years of experience; OR Bachelor's in the above assorted degree programs with four (4+) years of experience. Minimum requirement includes four years experience working on cost tracking analysis, forecasting, project budgets, and working with accounting principles.

Additional Requirements for both grade levels:
Proficient in use of computer and MS Office products including Word, Excel (Pivot tables), Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skills along with a professional demeanor and commitment to customer service and teamwork.
