Dillard's Department Store, Inc., one of the foremost names in Department Store retailing, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a talented professional to join our fashion buying office in St. Petersburg, Fl as an office Administrative Assistant Clerical to several merchandise managers and buying team.

An entry level position is Monday - Friday with full-time hours but part-time hours will be considered. No weekends and no evenings. Full benefit package available for those who qualify. Exact start date is negotiable at this office located in Tyrone Square Mall.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support management using Cognos software for generating reports in addition to MS Word and Excel.
Professionally communicate with executives within the Dillards organization and with vendors.
Experience with maintaining schedules for several managers.
Serves as the backup for office receptionist during lunchtime, sick time and vacations.
Assists buying teams with data entry input.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Clerical experience required.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; comfortable learning new software programs.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with busy work days as well as slow days.
Professional office attire required.
