As a ConfigurationAnalyst, you will help develop systems for a variety of spacecraft usingcurrent technologies and others yet to come We are seeking team members whohave a thirst for knowledge, approach each day with optimism, and have arelentless drive to solve complex problems. What youll get to do?

You willbe the Ground Segment Configuration Management/Document Management (CM/DM) Leadand support Program CM/DM.

As theGround Segment CM/DM Lead you will be responsible the following items:

* Implement, document amp; support Ground Technical Review / Configuration Control Boards
* Execute Ground Engineering/Configuration Control Board activities in accordance with CCoM and tailor to program contract
* Establish Ground Segment agendas, publish minutes amp; track meeting actions.
* Process change packages through lifecycle including Board disposition amp; change requirement adoption into applicable Specification / Document / Drawing
* Utilize program data release amp; Board functions via Enovia Product Lifecycle Mgmt. tools.
* Perform program engineering data Release functions
* Review Drawings / Engineering Orders (EOs) for Drawing Requirements Manual for Space Systems compliance amp; contractual adherence
* Documents, Drawings / EOs shall achieve conformance to CDM checklist, CCoM requirements amp; Product Lifecycle Mgmt. (PLM) / Enovia Release criteria
* Coordinate, track disposition of supplier deliverables with Subcontracts Mgmt
* Manage all Ground Controlled Media
* Process all Ground Deliverable Media
* Refine CM/DM processes for improved execution and train the team

You willalso support the Program CM/DM staff and will have the following duties:

Qualification

Basic Qualifications for a Principal ConfigurationAnalyst:

* 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 4 years of relevant experience with a Masters' degree; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
* Active DoD Secret clearance
* Experience with Configuration Management (CM) processes and policies
* Experience with Configuration Management (CM) boards (ERB/CCB)
* Experience with document management (DM)

Basic Qualifications for a Senior PrincipalConfiguration Analyst:

* 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 8 years of relevant experience with a Masters' degree; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
* Active DoD Secret clearance
* Experience with Configuration Management (CM) processes and policies
* Experience with Configuration Management (CM) boards (ERB/CCB)
* Experience with document management (DM)

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in some ofthe below is highly beneficial for this role, and we will teach you what youdont know:

* Active DoD Top Secret clearance or active SCI access
* Experience with program or lower level boards
* Experience with the Atlassian products JIRA and Confluence
* Experience with automating tools and processes
