We are seeking a Manager of Contract Administration 1 to join the Commercial Segment of the Aerospace Structures Business Unit. Responsibilities for this position will include:

Contracts Structure and Business Team:

* Develop a clear understanding of customer and program requirements that harmonize with Northrop Grumman business strategy to ensure contract structure and business terms are well-aligned.
* Review terms and conditions to address provisions of risk, financial terms, acceptance criteria, delivery requirements, warranty, intellectual property, termination and all other potential risk areas. Develops and reviews risk mitigation strategies with leadership. Involve legal and other functional support as needed.
* Recommend changes, additions and deletions to the contract structure to ensure accurate reflection of customer requirements and alignment with Northrop Grumman 39;s program strategy and risk mitigation.
* Identify business risks associated with the contract in partnership with mission assurance.
* Ensure flow down of contract terms and conditions to internal and external stakeholders.

Negotiation:

* Lead the development of a comprehensive negotiation strategy, working in conjunction with the Program Team.
* Define negotiation parameters through the internal review and lead delegation (authority approval) process, including settlement goals/limits.
* Negotiate profitable agreements and settlements, ensuring that the profit is consistent with existing or proposed contract type, identified program risks, market standards, internal investment requirements and working capital considerations.

Financial Performance:

* Establish equitable payment terms and facilitate timely payments through coordinated oversight with the Finance team.
* Implement change management with the customer, working closely with the Program Team to ensure that changes are identified, captured and flowed to the customer in a timely manner.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* BS and 5+ years of relevant contracts experience; or a HS Diploma and 9+ years of relevant contracts experience.
* Experience with negotiations, terms and conditions review and editing, import/export compliance
* Experience with change management, including change identification, submittal, negotiation and capture
* NDA/PIA experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* MBA
* Supervisory experience
