As a senior staff on the Geosynchronous Earth Orbit (GEO) Non-Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) OPS Migration to Enterprise Ground Services (EGS) (GNOME) Program you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work effectively with technical teams to delivery, integrate and deploy a complex system.

The successful candidate will oversee all tasks that are related to site integration, configuration, verification, and deployment. As well as will be responsible for planning, coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams for product deployments. This position will support risk and opportunity management and product release activities, as well as managing release content and conducting release readiness reviews. The candidate will be comfortable in an ever-changing dynamic environment and work well in an agile team.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience as an IPT Lead or similar role
-Familiarity with Release Management and Risk Management
-Experience with configuration, site integration, and testing
-Great interpersonal skills working in a team environment
-Experience collaborating with internal and external customers and system users
-Experience with conducting technical exchange meetings
Desired Skills:
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance
- Experience with integration/build management
-Familiarity with cost/schedule/scope planning
-Experience working in an Agile environment
-Experience with satellite ground systems
-Detail oriented
