* Available and flexible to work daily overtime with short notice, weekends and available for any shift, at any time
* Must be able to pass Lear's hiring process which includes DDI testing, Background Check, Hair Follicle Drug Screen and a Physical Abilities Test
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year related experience and/or training
* Dependablility is a MUST! Perfect attendance is desired.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Assure safety standards are followed at all times.

Assure that quality standards are followed at all times.

Adhere to the standard work instructions (SWI).

Contribute fully to continuous improvement initiatives.

Adhere to 5S and World Class Housekeeping standards.

Achieve operator certification according to the plant certification process.

Participate in team meetings and understands performance goals and objectives.

Help to achieve team performance goals and objectives.

Follow ISO14001/TS16949 documentation including, but not limited to, SWIs, forms, work instructions, and procedures.

Follow company rules and policies/procedures.

Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to work any shift assigned, including daily overtime as needed. Shifts: 1st 6:30AM-2:30PM, 2nd 2:30PM - 10:30PM, 3rd 10:30PM (9:30PM on Sundays) - 6:30AM

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and talk or hear.

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and /or move up to 40 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Preferred Experience:

Forklift certification.

Experience in a Production or Manufacturing Environment
