Position Summary
Perform duties to assist with the performance of functions to track, identify, gather and provide information for submittal of any range of licensing applications, renewals, and informational updates covering professional services and licenses, as well as business operations in response to state, federal, local governing agencies and accreditation requirements. Assist with project management and administrational updates for the team. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Essential Job Functions
* Assist with the maintenance of licensing databases by business unit; collect all clinician licensure and certification prior to expiration and maintains information for internal records and external monitoring databases
* Aid with updates to internal resources when any license or registration related to Pharmacy, Pharmacist, Business, DEA, Department of Health, City, County, etc. has been updated or changed
* Act as the project manager for the Compliance department as required for officer changes, address changes, pharmacist-In-charge changes, and other informational changes that require updates/submissions to external agencies
* Follow up on outstanding projects to avoid delays in timely filing of license-related documentation and to meet business goals
* Dispense and log all applicable recalls for the pharmacies, working in conjunction with the inventory specialists to update the Recall Tracker accordingly
* Assist with credentialing applications and revalidations, including completion, submission, and tracking
* Complete quarterly audits as it pertains to pharmacy and clinician licensure
* Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements
* Participate in variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies
* Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Position Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
* 3+ years of experience in a role managing multiple facilities at once, coordinating various responsibilities, interacting with multiple departments as needed, and dealing with competing deadlines
* Excellent oral/written communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities
* Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
* High attention to detail
Desired Previous Experience/Education
* Bachelor's Degree
* 5+ years of experience in a role managing multiple facilities at once, coordinating various responsibilities, interacting with multiple departments, and dealing with competing deadlines
* Project management experience
* Experience dealing with multiple and competing deadlines with efficiency and speed, while maintaining a high level of accuracy
