Job Description Summary
The Equipment Finance Division team is looking for an Equipment Leasing Product Owner to lead enhanced portal tool per business initiatives that will make it easier for customers to service their accounts and manage portfolio effectively. Product owner will work with sales, account managers, design, compliance, legal, clients, information technology and other EFD partners focused on optimizing and expanding portal servicing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong product/technical and business aptitude, and the product vision to deliver leasing and loan portal solution that simplify experiences for customers.
This position requires a collaborative candidate who can translate business needs into an exceptional customer focused solution. We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined professional who excels in a collaborative team environment. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team in delivering best experience for our customers.
Essential Job Functions
* Ensures a positive client experience with bank products. Understands the technical side of product, while considering its applications in the real world. Is involved in product testing and collecting feedback from users
* Work with business partners to ensure enhanced product roll out is working as expected and manage KPIs on product customer issues
* Ensures all new and existing products and communication related to those products comply with bank policy and regulatory requirements
* Develops and recommends pricing strategies that will result in meeting product objectives
* Evaluates current economic conditions and advises management of possible impact on assigned products and services
* Participates in the development of marketing and advertising programs for the assigned product or products
* Reviews complaints and suggestions relative to assigned product or products
* Maintains contacts with bank officers responsible for marketing and sales of assigned product(s) to monitor trends, determine customer acceptance, understand sales officers' needs within EFD teams

* Successfully builds and manages relationships between various field and corporate contacts to fully meet their business process and change management needs. This includes defining policies, methods & procedures and best practices.
* Clearly communicate the vision, plans, objectives and performance measures and progress against plans to all stakeholders - tailoring communication as appropriate to ensure relevance to the audience.
* Be able influence decision making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts
* Build strong relationships with 3rd party vendors and influence employees to cultivate those relationships
* Excellent budgeting skills to create business cases and track expenses against Business as Usual and Project.
Education
* Bachelor's Degree
Qualifications -Minimum
* Product Management experience for 5+ years
* Customer support experience for 3+ years
* Ability to create a product strategy and multi-generational plans
* Experience with agile and waterfall product development methodologies
* Experience in managing and leading matrix teams.
Preferred
* Expertise in Equipment leasing and loan
* Experience in Knowledge Base application
