The Experiences & Devices Organization has an opening for an experienced and highly motivated Business Administrator who will support multiple teams at our Atlanta Site within the E+D Business.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong planning and organizational skills, have a high level of business insight and the ability to anticipate the needs of a diverse organization. The position requires collaboration, the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively with great attention to detail. The person in this role will interact with all levels of employees, from executives to new hires as well as external partners.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Provide broad team support, including organizing group morale events, and assisting with planning and execution of team off-sites. Anticipate needs; make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the manager based on understanding of business group priorities.
* Manage ordering and procurement process to team requests, and track company assets.
* Coordinate the setup of office space for new hires, track and manage current/future space allocation as well as plan and coordinate office moves; assist with special projects as assigned; and participate in divisional administrative responsibilities as needed.
* Partner closely with the Atlanta Administrative Team as well as the Customer Success Engineering administrative team to ensure all administrative procedures unique to E+D are handled as required and that all group support is running smoothly.
* Build and maintain successful business relationships with counterpart administrative staff for all E+D Atlanta teams. Collaborate with business partners in Human Resources, GTA, Finance, and RE&S.
* Provide proactive support, including core administrative functions such as calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of group meetings, tracking headcount, and closely monitoring operating budget expenses.
Basic Qualifications:
* 3+ years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
* The right candidate will have strong planning, strategic prioritization, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Be flexible, able to multi-task, have a strong eye for detail, meet deadlines and be comfortable working independently, managing their own work tasks and at times operating with ambiguity.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage sensitive or personal matters with tact and the utmost confidentiality.
* Proactive and a strong team player, drive and initiative with a positive and professional approach are second nature to this person.
* Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel PowerPoint, and OneNote.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong experience with internal Microsoft tools such as Employee Central, MS Expense, MS Travel, MyOrder, etc. a plus.u202F
