We are looking for an exceptional engineering leader for our on-line services team. In this role, you will take our distribution services forward as we modernize and scale out to new software publishers and new scenarios with a particular focus on keeping enterprises up to date and secure on premise, on Azure, and even in air-gapped scenarios. Basic Qualifications:
* 10+ years of software development experience
* 3+ years of managing software engineers
* Experience with .Net and C
* Passion for working with customers and advocating their requirements to be met by features and SLAs

* Proven experience in leading product development
* Demonstrated strong architectural design skills at scale
* Seasoned manager who can attract and grow senior talent
* Experience with large scale and high availability services
* Strong communication and ability to work/influence across teams
* Expertise in software distribution or enterprise management
