We are seeking a senior Communications and Operations Manager to support the organization and teams driving business processes, communications, and key initiatives. In this role you will partner closely with the Communications Director and stakeholders across M365 Core to support our high-impact product teams to foster and environment which enables them to do their best work and achieve more.
This role reports directly to Senior Director of Marketing Communications and will be responsible for:
Transforming the Communications channels by developing guidance to local teams, dogfooding and driving adoption of remote work best practices and improving information flow.
Managing key elements of the M365 Core Rhythm of the Business (RoB), including setting agendas and actioning follow ups.
Planning and organizing content of internal and external events.
Participating across the broader Communications, Employee Experience and Operations community collaborating on cross-organizational projects and initiatives as appropriate.
Special / IC Projects
3+ years in communications and operations field
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
SharePoint or internal web expertise.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
Ability to influence, inspire, and lead from any role.
Strong attention to detail.
Passion for strategic thinking and problem solving.
