Within the Web Experiences Organization, this Lead will report directly to the head of Global Content Ecosystem & Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the global product management team that oversees community strategy, features and contributions user contributions (UGC), as well as end to end tooling across a spectrum spanning licensed premium publisher content to UGC, from publisher onboarding, ingestion through optimizations and payout.
This experienced product management lead, has demonstrated leadership and vision in defining social mechanics and features, and cares about the future of news and content feed experiences for 1B users worldwide. Well versed in considering unintended consequences of feature design and optimizations.
In addition to driving engagement and retention through community user experiences, this role works closely across PM, Dev, Business Development, and partner success leading the team that develops the tooling necessary for business transformation, enabling quality content growth, publisher and content creator success. Tooling spans
* publisher and content creator onboarding
* content ingestion
* content, subscription and payment management & payment tooling
* tooling and funnel analysis for continuous measurement and optimization of tools and pipelines
* core editorial tooling to enable optimizations to algo-driven content
* 3+ years of social product management lead experience
* 3+ years of cross-functional product management experience
* 3+ years of experience leading and delivering on team OKRs
* 3+ years of experience leading teams
* Experience with news & content product management is a plus (but not required)
