the Microsoft Events, Studios and Community (ESC) Organization is seeking an energetic and high caliber individual to serve as a senior level Executive Producer. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in working with diverse Microsoft teams such as product marketing, engineering, PR, sales, and others to develop unique event experiences that tell and/or amplify the One Microsoft story and drive business impact. The event portfolio in ESC covers events of various sizes and complexity, both in terms of audience size, audience composition, first party, third party, and delivery method. This role incorporates experiential marketing planning, business, and event execution. The successful candidate will use business acumen and audience understanding to balance the needs of customers, partners, and Microsoft in the creation of these world-class, breakthrough event experiences. This position has a high level of visibility, and you will need to be a strong leader, excellent collaborator, and be able to communicate clearly and compellingly at all levels of the company.

* Partner with key business group stakeholders to align on intended business impact, event strategy, audience targets and success metrics. Led this development including the creation of a written event brief for each event delivery.
* Oversee planning, production, and execution of events in collaboration with your ESC teammates, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Expertly set agendas and drive weekly stakeholder meetings and other key workstream meetings and executive reviews.
* Lead cross company workstreams to create and execute event deliveries; includes being able to identify and mitigate issues/barriers to success for teams.
* Establish, lead, communicate and maintain planning roadmap, timelines, and priorities on experiences specific to the audience serving and the event and business objectives.
* Build and distribute regular production status reviews for organizational meetings.
* Share best practices for stakeholder and attendee input with the rest of the events community working to establish a standard for how events can be delivered across the company.

Desired Experience and Skills:
* 7 years of experience in either experiential event marketing, television programming, or campaign development including understanding of key drivers of successful event execution no matter the medium.
* 5 years of experience strong project management skills and strengths in managing multiple projects/deadlines; ability to set priorities and be flexible in changing environments; goal orientation with a strong bias toward action and tangible results.
* Demonstrated ability to manage various stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
* Collaborate across teams and organizations to drive an aligned vision and common goal.
* 7 years of experience in a highly-visible communications position: ability to translate concepts and ideas to multiple audience levels and at various altitude.
* Ability to confidently present to and interact with executives and other senior levels across the company to influence and gain support, input, and approvals.
* Experience with streamlining processes to ensure operational excellence, innovative ideation, productivity, and effectiveness across the organization.
* Embrace a growth mindset to drive maximum impact and be curious to learn and try new things.
* General knowledge of Microsoft products, technologies, solutions, and architecture preferable. Experience in digital events a strong plus.
* Must be able to deliver results with little supervision, self-serve around solutions and troubleshooting.
