Our team is looking for you, a Principal Program Manager who brings, technical program management skills, great teamwork, positive attitude, high-energy leadership and end to end program management skills, to our customer-focused team. This role provides a rare mix of strategic leadership and breadth and day-to-day 'hands on' engineering execution responsibilities in Azure customer growth and satisfaction. As a technical program manager, you will identify critical business challenges and opportunities to increase Azure customer satisfaction and consumption through the development and deployment of intelligent software and data solutions. You will own end-to-end products and will be responsible for their vision setting, feature requirements, user experience, user training, documentation, product adoption and overall customer satisfaction.

* Define, Drive and execute on strategic decisions to build engineering solutions improving customer experience
* Simplify customer onboarding experience by building tooling, automation and analytics
* Define and drive delivery of intelligent (via AI/ML) software solutions that increase Azure customer satisfaction and consumption
* Define and track product success metrics; adapting product plans to maximize business impact
* Effectively communicate product plans and status through presentations, reports and newsletters
* Evangelize products and services to customers, and provide quality documentation and training material
* Leverage learnings and evangelize product gaps with Service Engineering teams to improve Azure
* Coach team members and mentor others to become customer-focused, impact-oriented, collaborative program managers
* Lead in a collaborative, transparent and growth-minded team culture
* 8+ years of software engineering program management experience
* Real day-to-day customer-facing experience and empathy
* Excellent technical writing, formal presentation and interpersonal skills
* Keen ability to communicate ideas effectively with executives and engineering teams
* History of analyzing and distilling data into actionable insights for engineering
* Track record of problem solving and using pilot programs, prototypes and growth hacking approaches
* Thrive in fast paced, agile environments, and able to learn new areas quickly
* Experience with Azure or other cloud providers
