Job Description

The Cloud Infrastructure Sourcing and Acquisition (CISA) organization is seeking a Principle PM for our Infrastructure Master Planning function. This role is responsible for aligning and maintaining long term infrastructure plans to support our rapidly scaling global data center infrastructure. This role will create, maintain, and track, regional master plans that include all long lead infrastructure, including land, power, and network components. The right candidate will drive clarity and decisions on infrastructure sourcing signals by integrating with the supply planning organization, as well as with the engineering groups. In addition, the role will drive process and systems optimization for the infrastructure planning process.

This role is part of a critical function that will be the single point of contact for infrastructure sourcing teams and serve as the key interface between CISA and external partner teams. In particular, this role will focus on:

* Collecting, maintaining, and providing market and supply intelligence to drive optimal long- term regional master plans
* Analysis of regional demand and supply inputs to arrive at optimal master plans
* Coordinating and driving infrastructure decisions to align on master plans
* Coordinating with finance on financial analysis and decision alignment
* Driving process and systems optimization for the infrastructure planning and execution process.

* Deliver, manage, and track long-term integrated infrastructure master plans - Infrastructure plans should include land, permits, power and network infrastructure
* Drive key decisions required for alignment on infrastructure plans
* Deliver a systematic process for creating, maintaining, tracking and reporting on infrastructure plans
* Drive tools and systems requirements for infrastructure master planning and tracking
* Drive close collaboration with CO+I engineering teams on delivering systems and tools required for infrastructure planning and management
* Serve as the interface between Infrastructure sourcing teams and demand / supply planning teams
* 5+ years' experience in cross functional program management, especially in a strategy, planning and decision-making environment
* 5+ years' experience in data and analysis required for decision making
* 5+ years' experience in process optimization and mapping processes to tools
* 5+ years demonstrated experience leading and managing a business-critical function
* BS/BA degree required
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive projects, and build buy-in and support

Preferred Qualifications:

* Masters in an engineering field
* 10+ year program management experience driving mission critical cross functional infrastructure projects with end to end dependencies
* Experience in planning cloud specific infrastructure
