Do you have a broad background in Non-Volatile memory, have an insatiable desire to innovate, and thrive on approaching problem solving creatively? If so, you may be a great candidate for a 3DXP Systems DE Lead position in our growing 3DXP team. As a DE lead, you will help shape Microns future product portfolio by conducting concept validation, performance modelling, architect and develop designs of necessary system stack components. You will build close business relationships with Micron leaders and your immediate team of talented engineers to determine design implications on performance, reliability, as well as manufacturability, product test, validation and debug features.

Responsibilities include:

* Drive cross functional teams, SW, FW, PCBA, media systems, validation, key vendors/partners to deliver Micron 3DXP product from concept to market.
* Manage projects on schedule and within budget. maintain project parameters and report progress regularly to management executives.
* Drive and track external/internal issues. Help team prioritize bug fixes, features based on customer requirements. Isolate issues with server and components vendors and drive timely issue resolution & closure.
* As DE Lead, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Successful Candidates for this position will have:

* Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering
* 15+ years experience in FW/HW/Media systems Engineering
* Good knowledge of Linux and Windows
* Strong understanding of storage interfaces (PCIe, NVMe) required; good understanding of storage technologies (NAND) and memory interfaces (DDR) a plus
* Experience developing solutions using FPGA is a big plus
* Effective oral and written communication with strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
* Demonstrated ability to work well with others and collaborate effectively in a team environment
