Overview
Mastercards Employee Identity and Access Management program is responsible for providing end-to-end services to support both physical and digital access by internal employees to Mastercard systems and applications.
The Active Directory (AD) team under Employee Identity and Access Management is focused on providing secure access control to resources in the network. This includes computers, printers, devices, folders, files and other items on the network.
Role
Sets the vision and direction for the platform design of assigned products with expertise across multiple platform products.
Builds tight connections to resources to drive overall strategy and teams inside your organization while influencing those outside your organization to deliver the expected results.
Identify short-and-medium-term risks to platform product development and segment adoption, while proposing solutions to address them.
Continuously monitors feature development and associated defects at the platform product level.
Continuously monitors and analyzes key performance indicators on the organizations score card and move them in a positive direction.
Uses runtime metrics of their services in market as a feedback loop into the backlog and balances the priorities against new feature requests.
Manages escalations, assess the alternatives to resolve (path to green) and builds a plan for resolution.
Owns and delivers on post-launch reviews and customer feedback, drives the associated actions, and incorporates feedback into the future launch plans.
Engages with business customers to identify key platform product issues; solicits feedback on platform product roadmap.
Leverages data analysis skills to research difficult or ambiguous problems, leading cross-disciplinary teams where necessary and communicating recommendations to senior leadership.
Identifies meaningful components of competitive analysis that informs decisions for the platform product portfolio and roadmaps.
Identifies innovations and leads test and learn experiments that create platform products that increase customer value of the platform product roadmap.
Participates in customer research with the business to gain end-to-end real-world understanding of customer needs and platform product value.
Oversees team-wide product operations, leads junior PM-Ts who may own individual components, and coordinates team-wide improvement goals.
All About You
Demonstrated experience building complex business and/or transactional models in a product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning role and ability to identify and remove blockers and always find the path forward in challenging situations.
Very good inter-personal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communicator and comfortable communicating to all levels of the organization both in writing and in person.
Ability to articulate progress against goals, scorecard metrics, and committed roadmaps.
Work across organizations for ways to align teams, technologies (i.e. the infrastructure used to build/deploy/operate services), and organizations to simple coherent approaches that optimize organizational structures and operating mechanisms.
Expertise of principles, theories and concepts plus broad knowledge of business/function and development life cycle.
Deep knowledge enforcing security standards, compliance requirements, security procedures and controls to ensure integrity of AD and related systems.
Experience leveraging or developing solutions using Access Security-related concepts: Identity, Governance and Administration, Authentication and Authorization, Identity Repositories such as Active Directory (AD) services.
Extensive experience managing and delivering in the designing and implementation of enterprise-level Active Directory (AD) environments with high number of domain controllers, and multiple forests and domains.
Experience in managing and delivering Azure AD topology and organization.
Expertise in Information Security related concepts, specifically in Identity & Privileged users risks related.
Expert understanding of PKI/X509 concepts for certificate management.
Comprehensive experience in agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and CI/CD.
Deep understanding of the platform, the integration patterns, the organizational capabilities, and the company wide assets that can be leveraged to provide technical solutions to customer problems.
Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
Demonstrated ability to work with productivity tools such as Confluence, Splunk, Rally, Remedy and JIRA tools.
Hands on experience in code reviews and change management.
