Job Title

Analyst, Sales/Account Management

Overview
Responsible for support to Account Managers in the US region, the Sales/Account Analyst works with Account Managers to establish and execute on short and long-term financial, operating and business objectives in alignment with region plans. Using your skills, you will monitor, analyze and report on business metrics for issuers and merchants to aid management decision making.

Role
Manage business development opportunities for assigned prospects and accounts, including monitoring customer satisfaction
Analyze customers existing business through data analytics, competitive analysis and recommend opportunities for additional revenue
Develop and report on sales pipeline leveraging all available resources in coordination with the product development and account management teams
Identify opportunities to sell new products to existing customers
Develop long-term growth strategies to optimize mutual profitability across debit, credit and other business lines
Work with virtual team of Mastercard subject matter experts to strategically articulate value propositions to close new business opportunities
Maintain responsibility for all administrative and operations issues for assigned business development opportunities including planning, reporting, budget and expense management
Generate monthly/quarterly reports for all issuers
Work with Account Teams and Legal in the development of legal agreements and ensure timely execution
Assist in coordination of all customer events & functions (meeting coordination, customer events)
