About the Role:

The Office Administration Clerk is responsible for providing high customer service within the order and shipping operations at our distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is encouraged to build positive relations with employees and customers. This individual will connect with customer care and ensure performance objectives are met consistently within a safe and efficient working environment.

What You Will Do:

Confirm and process daily shipments.

Identify, select and build pick-tickets based on assigned route codes..

Assist with completing customer portal processing requirements.

Make telephone contact with Will-Call customers when orders are ready for pick-up.

Communicate and provide feedback to the customer care team.

Maintain office files containing pick tickets, bills of lading and other supporting documentation.

Perform additional office tasks as assigned by the Office Lead/ DC Manager.



What You Need to Succeed:

* High school diploma or GED
* Proven experience in a distribution or warehouse operations
* Proven knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Enterprise Processing Systems (P21), ShipLinx, web portals preferred.
* Proven knowledge and ability to articulate shipping procedures such as label requirements, placement of labels, pallet stacking, etc.
* Thrives in a fast paced environment.
* Proficiency with common Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, Outlook
