Greeter Responsibilities:

* Schedule appointments & welcome the client when they arrive
* Determine the nature of the clients visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/area
* Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service
* Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
* Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas



Qualifications:

* Communication skills communicate effectively with others
* Time Management ability to manage ones own time
* Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
