Well be looking to you to you to be a key member of the IT leadership team and contribute to the development and execution of the Future IT Vision. You will be responsible for ensuring Cloud Banking strategy is fully defined and positioning infrastructure to deliver compelling business value.

Your responsibilities will include

* Lead the engineering and development of a digital bank for the European markets and leading the integrations across the Western Union and Western Union International Bank platforms.
* Building a next best offer engine that can personalize the offer and journey for each customer.
* Leverage data to improve customer experience while personalizing each of their digital banking journeys.
* Partner to drive customer conversion from our current WU.com digital platform to the digital banking platform using data and marketing campaigns.
* Establish automated monitoring tools to track systems' health, uptime, and outages.
* You will build successful stakeholder relationships with other IT and business leaders by developing a clear understanding of business needs, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring cost-effective delivery of Cloud services to meet business needs.

For such a pivotal role, youll ideally have

* Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, finance or related fields.
* 10+ years of experience in Information Technology working with emerging technologies with 10+ years in Data Platform experience specific to owning and enabling capabilities within an enterprise data ecosystem including Digital Banking.
* Proven history of AWS public cloud and Mambu core banking experience is a plus.
* Demonstrated industry expertise in implementing core banking platforms, front end UI / UX platforms, Databases, Data Warehousing, Master Data Management Platforms and Pricing Ecosystems.

The base salary range represents the anticipated $ 140,000.00 to $195,000.00 . The overall earnings represent the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and will be based on several factors, such as candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Further information will be provided on the short- and long-term incentive programs which are determined on both individual and company performance.
