* Coordinates shipping and receiving schedules according to production order status (POS) requirements.
* Prepares bill of lading, invoices, orders and other records for daily shipments.
* Checks and verifies the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
* Serves as point of contact for carriers with any shipping or receiving related questions and makes appointments.
* Prepares and runs pick tickets for loaders to pull shipping manifests, etc.
* Prepares purchase orders (POs) for routine purchases and follow ups with vendor.
* Reconciles invoices against purchase orders prior to payment.
* Maintains purchase orders and invoice files, and other related purchasing records.
* Coordinate GMs Variance Analysis to plan
* Coordinates customer pick-ups for small orders.
* Researches pick ticket problems.
* Performs weekly verification, balance, and monthly reconciliation report.
* Maintain and update Host & WMS system files and Excel spreadsheets and other clerical duties assigned.
* Prepares daily/weekly management and KPI graphs using statistical information gathered from appropriate managers.
* Answers and screens incoming calls and places calls as may be requested.
* Assists in word processing, spreadsheet applications and graphical applications as required.
* Develops and maintains filing system to meet recordkeeping needs.
* Provides back up support to HR/AP Administrative Duties
* Provides back up for RDC Customer Service Duties
* Follows standard operating and safety procedures.
* Keeps supervisor informed of any problem areas.
* Performs other duties as required.
