* Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, Communications or related field;
* Minimum 5 years' experience in human resources (preferably including experience as a recruiter and/or generalist)
* Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to create and promote an inclusive environment of diverse talent
* Excellent and proven communicator both verbally and written; (ability to give executive summary presentations a plus)
* Excellent client service skills and the capacity to understand multiple business units/functions;
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail;
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
* Experience using web-based job boards and other online recruiting sources; handshake a plus
* Strong team orientation;
* Ability to continuously spot problem areas, and act to improve systems and processes as appropriate;
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong work ethic, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding and energetic environment;
* Bias for action and results-oriented
* Ability to think/reason analytically;

What Youll Do
The HR Manager Global Operations Leadership Development Program has the opportunity to create an enriching rotational program for early career talent focused on the end to end Supply Chain across the entire company including Corporate and the three main business units: Global Tools & Storage, Stanley Security Solutions and Industrial. The successful candidate will shape the framework of the program and be primarily responsible for attracting, developing and deploying some of the most talented Operations associates in the industry to the Stanley Black & Decker Global Operations Leadership Program (SLP), along with the personal and professional development necessary to grow his/her skills and career in the area of Human Resources.
This is a highly visible role requiring the successful candidate to interact through all levels of the organization including the Global Operations Leadership team. In this position, you will be responsible for the recruitment strategy, rotational program management and client relationship focused on growing and developing the SLP for the Global Operations team. This includes strategic campus recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and working with key university partners to develop and internal resources to identify talent pipelines. You will also leverage the summer manufacturing internship program across all business units to identify potential candidates. For employees already in the rotational leadership program, you will work with business leaders and HR leaders to determine and prioritize strategic rotational assignments and final post program placements, coordinate program report outs, communications meetings, and act as the HR business partner to SLPs and the Operations Executive Sponsors to the program. This includes driving the continued growth of the program and implementing strategic enhancements. Specifically, you will:
* Lead the execution of the Global Operations Stanley Leadership Program which includes an engaging and dynamic rotational program aimed at early career talent who want to purpose a career in Supply Chain (manufacturing, distribution, demand planning, sourcing, lean, Industry 4, 0, and Quality).
* Grow the Global Ops SLP into a best in class operations leadership program
* Identify key schools with whom to build impactful relationships.
* Build the recruiting plan to attract key talent into the program.
* Nurture and promote a diverse, inclusive program and work environment for all.
* Lead report out calls to keep leadership team members apprised of the Global Ops SLP members and their projects/assignments.
* Support the Global Ops HR team with tangential tasks and project support
* Other job duties and tasks as assigned
