Systems Engineering and Integration Program Manager, Lead

You Have:

* 20+ years of experience with defense system engineering, integration, testing, and program management
* Experience with large-scale program leadership and management experience and expertise
* Experience with executive communication skills and Microsoft Office tools
* Knowledge of Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) mission areas and programs
* Ability to build and utilize collaborative relationships with Government clients and Federally funded research and development centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor senior leaders to achieve program goals
* Secret clearance
* BA or BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III Program Manager Certification

Nice If You Have:

* Experience with managing large-scale, complex engineering, integration, and test programs
* Experience with the DoD acquisition system
* Experience with military space technologies
* Experience in one or more of the following space mission areas: Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Missile Warning, Missile Defense, Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR), Space Based Environmental Monitoring (SBEM), PNT, Space C2, or Cross-Mission Ground
* Top Secret clearance
* MA or MS degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
