Quality and Performance Management Analyst
The Challenge:
Provide real-time threat analysis, training, readiness, and logistics support to Army and other DoD clients. We are seeking a candidate to join our program management office (PMO) quality management team. You will help ensure our team provides best practices, project management tools and that the processes are effectively applied to produce high quality internal and client deliverables and excellent solution delivery. Mine large sets of qualitative and quantitative data to produce performance reports and deliverables. Review and edit technical and program documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

You Have:
* 2 years of experience with technical writing and editing
* Experience with conducting quality reviews to assess performance against quality standards
* Experience with quality, risk, or project management
* Ability to gather, manage, and synthesize large sets of performance data
* Ability to communicate across a variety of mediums
* Secret clearance
* BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
* Experience with data visualization tools
* Experience with SharePoint
* Knowledge of process and organizational change management
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
